I had a chance to explore part of the city looking for some interesting images to shoot. South Phoenix offered a lot between the industrial scenes, gang flicks, large murals, and general urban decay on display. Found some great murals on South Grand Ave including some El Mac pieces. Also found two nice walls off of Central just South of downtown. [...]

Banksy x The Sunday Times Magazine Cover

Banksy is one of my favorite artists. The above is taken from The Sunday Times which did a piece on the British street artist.  Legend.  He’s still lying low and dropping beautiful pieces anonymously in the cover of darkness.

Easy Like Tuesday Morning

Some backyard views from the Hamilton compound in the Arcadia neighborhood of East Phoenix. Honestly I cannot complain too much as the we have a found beautiful house in a great walkable (for Arizona) location. Admittedly, I am still trying to wrap my head around the locals strange behavior and apparent love for cheap ammo, strip clubs, drive-thru liquor stores, and Republican senators.
