having recently worked with an artist who had a trans person in the band, I have become a little more open minded to gender questions on forms. I think maybe an option of “prefer not to answer” would be good rather than just radio buttons for male/female. Or perhaps ask someone from that community what they think would be best. Also, I am a TM, but have been working primarily as a Tour Accountant recently – there was no option to select “Tour Acct” upon sign up. I tried to add it in my profile section under “Job” – but now it shows “Tour Accountant” twice! (not TA & TM!)
